Insurance customer protection a ****

This is to warn everybody that think of doing business with Direct Axis to think again. You would think that insurnace is there to cover you in the event of unfortunate circumstances. I lost my job due to the fact that i was not offered a permenanet contract after my probation period which in essence makes it constructive dismissal. Their insurance does not cover that only retrenchment. So i am in a difficult situation. I can not afford to pay them like any person that was retrenched but receive no benefits. The insurance portion make out 10% of my monthly installment but is useless to me.<br> <br> Ok, so i thought i would cancel it in that case seeing that i get no benefit as well as to minimize the exposure i have. Wait for it, wait for it. I am not allowed to cancel it either. So literally i will be further in arrears with amounts that has no purpose to me at the moment . I literally have to die in order to get any benefit from the insurance i am paying. I am shocked and disgusted that they are so selective with what they choose to cover or not. <br> <br> Don't do it, stay away from Direct Axis and Call Direct
