Info not yet updated with credit bureau

February 6th 2015 I settled my account with the above mentioned company (R2000), got the settlement letter aswell. I was then told on March 7th 2015 my details would be sent to the credit bureau to have it updated (remove any arrears etc) and have it as a settled status.<br> <br> We are now in April and this information is not updated!<br> Not sure what is going on. I have a number of emails with no response. Seems that people are not really bothered with the reputation of the company after their business is done with a client.<br> <br> I want feedback on this. You are playing with my credit reputation and good standing..... not very safe for you as a company to do so.<br> <br> Again. I want comprehensive feedback!!! Not a lazy response.<br> <br>
