Inefficient Service
I app**** for a personal loan on the 9 December 2015, the loan was approved telephonically.<br> I forwarded all the necessary documents on the 09th and on the 12th. <br> I received an sms both days confirming receipt of documents and confirmation that a consultant will contact me to validate the information.<br> <br> Its the 21 December 2015, 10 days later and I still haven't received any feedback.<br> <br> I have been calling daily requesting for the loan to be finalized. STILL NOTHING.<br> <br> I also want the original loan amount to be reduced from R5000 to R3000.<br> <br> DESIRED OUTCOME: CALL BACK FOR LOAN TO BE FINALIZED<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
