Indirect Axis
So I called directaxis for a payment holiday as I will not be receiving a full salary du to the lockdown. Our factory plant shut down and no HR department employees are available. They requested a letter from the company which I advised is not feasible, as there is NO ONE available. Come and of the month and they don't get their money, It will have a negative impact on my credit score. All the banks are helping their clients and creditors. Why not DirectAxis?

For three months, from 1 April to 30 June 2020, we will assist qualifying customers with a COVID-19 Cashflow Relief intervention. This intervention allows eligible customers who have experienced an interruption of income due to COVID-19 to defer payments for this period. 21 Apr 2020, 14:30Since the 3rd of April when I posted this review, still no relieve from Directaxis. I was told to await a call, but nothing. Please note that previously advised, our factory plant is closed and I cannot get a letter confirming loss of income.
