Incorrect payment history submitted to credit bureaux

I paid off my loan from Direct Axis (as part of Debt Review) and closed the account in November 2021. Then all of a sudden in January I see in my credit bureaux profiles that I am still owing on the account. How is that possible when the account was paid off, closed and both the paid up letter and clearance certificate were submitted to Direct Axis?
