Incorrect Loan amount paid out

Good Day All,

Kindly please take note that I am logging a formal complaint.

I app**** for a loan and agreed to a loan amount of R65000.00.

Instead you paid out R230,000.00. I have advised you of this error and you requested the amount of

R150, 273. 84. Was needed to be paid back to paid back.

You have not rep**** to my concerns and my account has not been restricted:

You have negatively impacted me: You have overstated my credit amount due on my record as a loan of R230,000 at credit bureau You have deducted a debit order for far more than what was agreed when the agreement was concluded.

Please can you supply urgent feedback?

I will report you to the Ombudsman.
