Incorrect information

So I have received numerous amounts of calls for the same thing then yesterday at 09:21am I was told that my application has been approved but today I received an SMS stating that it is not approved. On top of all of that they tell me to look at my credit rating which is very good. On top of that with my credit score most of the stuff on there like: Discovery insurance x2 is not on my name it is actually inactive. So obviously this should not be on my name. My call recording on the 18/06/2019 at 09:21am MUST be listened too. How can a company state it has been approved then I get an sms stating it is not due to credit score but my credit score is good and there is 2 that should be inactive!!!!
