Incorrect debit order date

Good day

I just would like to know what are your debit order policy, as I recall when I took out my personal loan with you, you ask about the date of my salary, which I said it is the 25th of each month. now why would you go and set the debit order on the 22nd??? is it because its a long weekend? What if there were no money available? All you care about is the money you make and your interest rate is ridiculous high. I accept it that why as my child needed medical care, and had no choice

This is just not on, and think I have to apply for another personal loan and settle your balance, and then never business with you again.

Hello, we have looked into the matter and found as follows as per your Credit Agreement:

"Monthly instalments of R796.86 will be deducted by debit order on your salary date of 25 of every month. If that date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deduction will be made on the last business day before that date. "

We trust that you will find this in order.

But my salary does not get paid earlier if there is a holiday involved. And can guarantee that there would have been extra charges involved should there not been funds available. and for the record, your agent did not notify me of this during the application process.
