INCORRECT BILLING INCORRECT BALANCE
ACCOUNT NUMBER ********** 0202 LAST MONTH JUNE 2018 MY DIRECT AXIS AND VVM BALANCE WAS R9862.00 . I PAID R4000.00 ON THE 25TH OF JUNE. I REQUESTED MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE AND THEY SEND ME THE CURRENT BALANCE STATING THAT MY CURRENT BALANCE IS R8013.29. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG.. IS THIS THE WAY TO KEEP ON REAPING CUSTOMERS SO THAT THEY DONT FINISH TO PAY THEIR DEBTS. IT LOOK LIKE I WILL PAY THIS ACCOUNT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.
