Incorrect bill under my name

On the 12.04.2020 @ 12:41 I received an email from *** is a very weird statement attached.

Background: I have finished paying my loan off with them and my installments was R532. 11.I have proof of my settlement amount that I did on 17.02.2020. I paid R1000. 47 using FNB Banking details. The reference number was *** which is my account number.

Back to the weird email statement received, this statement says I took R80 000 on the 12.09.2019 and have a 48 months repayment plan with an installment of R3144. 15. The expiry date for this contract is 26.09.2023. My next installment is due apparently on the 26.04.2020. So far, you have received R9432. 45 worth of payments from me.

I have never made such arrangements with direct axis. What is the meaning of this? Is this a joke? I honestly need answers or I go the legal route if I'm not clarified soon.

I only remember getting calls to offer e a loan..... I kept on postponing the engagement. I need phone records please.

Please clarify all this before I take further steps before 14.04.2020. I will also write an email to ***
