Inconsistent service

<p>App**** for a loan over three weeks ago and was immediately told it was approved but have been getting the run arround ever since then. Asked for documents and i submitted but everyday i get a call from different agent with different stories. Its never the same story and never the same messages. Why approve the loan if you going to give hassles for over three weekd?? The service in the past weeks has been horrible and inconsistent, why offer something when you unsure if you want to give or why not have set rules instead of different agents and sms coming everyday with differrnt messages, can you get your story straight already! </p>
