They are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Tried to get a refund from them after they double deducted my account, it's the 15th and still nothing. After speaking to 4 agents which said it is logged on the system and will be refunded. First it was 3 days, the next agent 4 or 5 days then 7 days. Called today and agent tells me no refund is logged. To top it all the agents of today can't even transfer me to the accounts department. *********** on a new level.

Let's be realistic if you were even a bit more concerned about your customers I would have received a follow up call after the first call, but no it took me 7 calls +/-R60 airtime and all you can say is sincere apologies. This is all to make it seem as if the company cares about the customer. Not impressed????
