*********** call center and accounts staff...account still not up to date

I fin this now very *********** on a managers side of things not giving me feedback or a courtesy call at all Ibetisaam in the legal recoveries and outsourcing space. i spoke to her and she always promises high and low that she will get back to me but non what so ever. this is now become very very frustrating and will proceed to take legal action against both parties direct axis and MBD i have been on hold for 00:14:17 mins imagine huh i want someone to call me NOW!!!!!!!
