Pathetic service by agents will bring this company name into even more disrepute. Dropping calls, passing the buck, terrible phone lines, and no enthusiasm by their staff to assist a customer. Since almost a week trying to get stuff processed, though, it feels akin to one is swimming to drown in this sea of incompetence. Terrible service !
