Very *********** people I've ever dealt with.im trying to make payment yet again and no one is able to help after speaking to alfonso supervisor he suggested a debit order which i don't approve because they debit even after 3 failed payments. My loan wasn't even in arrears and i wanted to settle but then when i finally got the banking details they didn't get the money up until now i didn't get the money back now its in arrears and he has no solution whatsoever... Your eft system does not work people please assist me i am tired of this already. I tried Alternative bank it does not work.
