I have been divorced for 9 years now and 9 years ago my husband has gone insolvent and my name is in off cause. Now I wanted to apply for a loan they say no I must phone these lawyers as our name is bad. All the creditors I am sure has received a letter of the court. I think it is bad.
After so many years and there was a letter please people wake up and update your info.
