incompetency - Direct Axis

<p>After writing my last experience with Direct Axis on Hello Peter, they refunded me the money which was due to me after I had over paid my account. I had also received a paid up letter on 29 August 2016 advising that my account was settled in full on 26 May 2016. On 17 November 2016, I however received an sms from an attorney stating: MRS K..............., your Direct Axis Acc has been handed over to NBA for collection Ref: ********** 2. Urgently Call ********** 284/Dwnld NIMBLEPAY App for info. I called the attorney and they advised that my account of R15k was handed over to them for collection. How do you explain this after they had just refunded me because my account was in a credit. I have sent the paid up letter to the attorneys and they are saying that the matter is being investigated. I have not heard anything from Direct Axis after sending my details?</p>
