Incompetency

I received what must be the 100th letter from Sanlam (I have my Retirement Annuity Policy with them ) inviting me to apply for a loan if I qualify , I thought this time let me phone and see what the repayments would be PLEASE NOTE, wanting to know what the repayments would be , well what I joke , no they can't tell you , you need to apply , so I submit the documentation , each time receiving a response via email saying it had been received and lo an behold a few days later an sms asking for the same documentation , which has now been sent 4 times , finally phoned and told them to cancel the enquiry I actually don't care what it costs and to remove me from any future mailers or calls as it wastes my time and I try and be courteous to the individual , actually not worth it !
