Incompetence
Once again people at call centres do not listen... I explained earlier today about the arrogance of a consultant!!! Nothing was done about it! I made a payment as discussed and is recorded what I said I would do today. Still my account was debited and guess what I have to run around to fight for bank charges etc when I made it clear today over the voice call. The incompetence of people at call centres!!! Direct Axis get your people to listen and know that calls are recorded!!!
