Incessant spam and a ****

Received incessant spam mms to my phone with NO unsubscribe option.sent an email to complain and response from Patricia Mooin was that I had been removed from their database. This company employs ***** as I am still getting the messages.as a company that subscribes to the Direct Marketing Association you are not following the mission statement or code of practice because you are supposed to CHECK the opt-out database ( which I signed up to years ago) before sending marketing in any form. How did I even get onto your database in the first place as I have not heard of your company prior to getting the messages?
In terms of the POPI act you need to tell me this and stop using your information in this way.
When you reply to this post at least make your name visible instead of the generic \ customer relationship team"rider that allows one to not take responsibility for your actual response."""

Hello lucikin,

Thanks for bring this to our attention. Please note that our communication is prepared in advance, which means you may receive a few messages, even after being removed. We have escalated the matter to a consultant who will ensure you are removed again. Alternatively, you can opt-out yourself at: http://bit.ly/1poHxfp.

Kind regards,
Direct Axis Customer Relationship Management Team
