In efficient Direct axis staff
Took a Sanlam personal loan for R40 000, for 48 months. After R14 000 in repayments, my statement reflects an outstanding capital of R40 100 and 47 months remaining. Queried this many times and Sanlam staff are unable to explain or fix this as to why my capital balance is not reducing.
