I had logged a complaint regarding miscommunication on a loan that I had taken and was told the company does NOT have account consolidation from the many consultants,after the email and call from the CRM manager CHRISTINE SAAL she promised to listen to the call and get back ,this happend in December and when I send her and Email im ignored yet there hole business runs on telephonic trust .I think they run on a Loan shark ethic #not Capitec.
