Impossible to close the account
I have settled this account two days ago, and yet still nothing is happening with closing the loan off.
I must have spend a good hour on the phone just trying to get hold of someone and then get told they have to still log this and no one can help me in customer care department because the lines are busy. This is urgent!
Please, this is ridiculous! close the account and send my letter to confirm closure account.

29 May 2020, 10:52Now get a phone call saying it will take 10 days to close the account, after being told by another agent when I made the payment it would take 3 days. I honestly can not comprehend how it takes literally an hour to open a account and get funds but ten days to close it even when the amount is in the account! Unbelievable! I plead people not to go down this avenue and save themselves the frustration.
