******* debit order not rectified by Direct Axis

On 4 July Direcr Axis tried to make a deductiin from my account that was unaccounted for, I was not imformed that this deduction will be made nor did I gave permission for any such deduction.

Since there were no communication about this ******* debit order there was less money in my account than the amount they tried to take *******ly and the debit order bounced and I was charged dishonoring fees PLUS overdraft fees PLUS additional bank charges.

I made many complaints about this on hellopeter, here your website, facebook and mail address, And still no reply on how you will compensate me and if you can supply me with any evidence where you informed me that you would try to do that deduction or where I agreed to it.

When will this matter be finalised satisfactory?

Are you allowed to deduct money from anyone's account without their consent? On any given date? Or must it first be discussed with the customer. Please show me those rules.
