I did not receive full assistance with my issue. My balance on the credit bureau is till the original debt and instalment is the outstanding amount. I am certain this is ******* and DirectAxis should be reported for this.

Direct Axis still shows as my creditor and i don't have a problem with that - just indicate the true state of of agreed debt repayment and correct balance owing.

Direct Axis still shows as my creditor and i don't have a problem with that - just indicate the true state of of agreed debt repayment and correct balance owing.
