Ignored

I sent an email to madeneyah on the 5th of November explaining to her that I was laid off since March 26 due to Covid19, I sent her all my bank statements and my letter from the employer stating that I was laid off, I requested that the arrears amounts be reversed and the interest thereto because I had no way of paying while I was out of work, I since returned to work on 5th September and have resumed payments and I hadn't missed any payments prior to Covid19, I am yet to hear back from her, I have given her a reasonable time to respond yet she has blatantly ignored me me and I have no doubt, from looking at my FNB online profile that they are going to try and debit almost R4000 from my account at month end, which would mean my family will have to go hungry next month due to her and her company's lack of caring...this is so pathetic.
