Identity Theft
Hi there I've spoken to numerous members of the Direct Axis staff via telephone and email in connection with a loan that was taken out on my name but I didn't apply for the loan. I requested to speak to various mangers but they were always busy at the time I called and then I left a message for one of the mangers to contact me but nobody came back to me. I gave the call center my police case number in order for them to investigate this matter but to date I have not received any feedback . I would appreciate it, if I could receive a response on this matter ASAP.
