I will never do business with DirectAxis ever again.

My husband was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment. He has been in prison since August 2023 as per documentation sent to Direct Axis on numerous occasions and as per telephonic conversations I've had with them. I keep on getting e-mails from *********** stating that no arrangements have been made to pay this account. I have rep**** to their mails / sent separate mails etc but it is a lost cause. I have done so on numerous occasions. First I dealt with Barrett & Ass. Today I am back dealing with a different debt collector. Now it is 6 INT DALLC? It is just a never ending story. Seems as if they are going to appoint a new debt collector every month. And when you phone it is a number for Direct Axis? But the fact is, for the next 18 years, the story will never change. Your claim that you haven't been able to reach him is once again false and misleading. I am going to spell it out again: HE IS NOT IGNORING YOU. HE IS IN JAIL. HE IS NOT ABLE TO WORK / E-MAIL / GET PHONE CALLS. It is really not that difficult to understand. Please give your debt collectors all the information before you send them to harass someone. He is in jail. He is not able to communicate with anyone. He is not able to earn an income. He is not allowed to have phones. Do you not get what it means to be in jail. I have done and said everything possible. There is nothing left to say. He is in jail.
