I want my refund
I settled my personal loan with Direct axis in August and Was suppose to get a refund for the debit order that went off at month end of August. Till today I haven't received my it, Whenever I try to call them, They tell me that it was refunded to a cashflow relief and the account is closed. firstly the loan was on my personal account and debit orders were going off my account. It's been 3 months now fighting for my refund and I have spent way too much on airtime calling them. Please can I get my refund????????

It's been just over 48 hours and still no refund in my account. It has been like this for the past 3 months. Waiting and nothing happens, sometimes I am told to wait 10 working days but still, nothing happens. Please find out what's going on, It's really frustrating.
