i want my refund
I paid up my loan in the beginning of March, and i mistakenly over paid. They have been promising to refund me since the 16th of March 2021. I have made endless calls and they always confirm that it has been lodged for payment, but till today nothing, i am so disappointed in them, i trust them to do better than this.
