I want my money back

Hi, please assist. I paid off my Directaxis loan on the 16th September 2025. I sent them an email on the 18th September to close off my account and provide me with a settlement letter. They debited me R3046,93 on the 25th September. I want them an email to refund my money. This morning they refunded me R1646,28 instead of the full amount.

I want my full refund and account closed asap.
