I paid my account off as per settlement letter
I settled my account as per your letter on the 18th of the month within the settlement period. A week after I settled you debited me with the payments on Direct Axis and Sanlam. As I settled as per your letters, you debited me again for payments. I returned this and now get constant calls and sms messages threatening me with legal action.<br>
