I need a paid up letter and closure of my account

I have settled my personal loan with them last week and I called them to request a paid up letter and closure of my account and I was told I will receive the paid up letter by Friday the 14th December 2018 the latest and I still have not received the letter.

Kindly assist me in closing my account, send me a paid up letter and update my details on credit bereau.

your assistance will be highly appreciated.
