I need a full recon of my account have asked to date nothing

I need a full breakdown of amount loaned vs what was received and how the interest has been app**** and calculated. I want to make an alternative payment amount arrangement to suit both parties, however my request to have my account reconciled has not been done. URGENTLY email this information. I never get any response only threats and no willingness to help.
