I have send numerous emails and tried phoning them without any luck of anyone responding to my emails or phone calls

I have send numerous emails and tried phoning them without any luck of anyone responding to my emails or phone calls. Never in my life did i deal with this type of customer service. They bombard you with telephone calls when you are behind/late with your payments but you can never get hold of them when you try to get through. Bad, very bad customer service.
