I have been paying my loan off every month on time until Jan when I went on maternity leave. After making arrangements with them they debited my account twice in one month. I contacted them and I was told that because my account was in arrears, they debited my account twice without my consent. The agent I dealt with, can't remenber his name told me that there is no additional payments made on my account? So my question the additional payments that I made to my account. I have requested a statement of my account twice now, first request dated in the month of June. This will be my third request for a statement of my account so that I can see that my payments are reflecting on my statement and that you guys are not robbing me. Please send me my statement, I have not been receiving it for months now. Why is Directaxis refusing to send me my statement?
