I feel robed and so unhappy I never thought they can do this to their customers

Apparently Direct Axis was paid off on the 18 Oct but they debited my account and still send and sms that for december they will make early debit order , They owe me a refund and still today ,

All I want is my money please.....

all you have to do is to set a refund , please dont keep me waiting its not my fault that you people takes forever to update , please I need what is mine klaar.

It hurts when i have to get my refund you want all sorts document , and you have all my records ........TOO BAD!!!

I will never recommend anyone to take loan from you guys, is easy to make debit orders but when is your turn to refund you want everything now,
