I am unhappy. Why debit me extra when my loan is over?

I used to love DireacAxis despite all the complaints until today. For the remainder of my loan I have been asking them for my account statement to avoid extra debit orders. I wonder what would have happened if they did not send me the latest statement showing R387.27. This morning I woke up to a R1718.74. Guys I finished off the loan. No need to try and suck me more. Your interests are crazy high and I paid up regardless but now you saw the need to debit me extra despite all the statements you have been sending me. I need to pay other things and now my money has gone to pay off a debit order that is finished.
