I am being Harassed by this Company

I was retrenched last year and activated my insurance on my Loan account. The insurance was only valid for 6 months. Two month before the final sixth month I got a sms that I should call them and I did. My call was answered 20 min later and the person that answered did not have a clue what she was doing.<br> I was phoned the following month, I explained that I was still unemployed and will not be in a position to pay. I was told to make arrangement and the conversation ended there. I did not resume payment for obvious reasons and that is when HELL BROKE LOOSE. Money was demanded now, I was phoned 5 times a day, 7am in the mornings and on Saturday for a week. The people making these phone calls do not have skills and don't know how to approach clients. UNPROFESSIONAL! They have no respect for you and your time. When I had enough, advised them that this is harassment and my Lawyers will give them a call. They backed off. I will not recommend any dignified person to take a loan with this company ever. You will pay more than just interest.
