How many times do i need to tell you my father is deceased.

On sa****ay i get a call from direct axis. I inform the person my father is deceased and they put the phone down. Then i get a second call and i inform them my father is deceased and they put the phone down.

I then call direct axis and speak to a manager and he tells me he will get someone to contact me regarding the insurance on the loan.

Monday i get a call asking to speak to my father and again i say he is deceased and the woman gives me a number to contact regarding the insurance claim which the manager never did.

Then tuesday morning i get another call asking to speak to my father and again i say he is deceased. i give them my email address andno email and i call again and speak to a manager who had to bear the nrunt of my anger.

Your staff are poorly trained and the general attitude is disgusting specially considering the grief our family is going through. The fact that they continually phone after we say he has passed on numerous times is appaling. surely you have something on your system to say don't call back for a week or note that the person has been claimed as deceased approach with caution.
