HOW DO I GET A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT?
I had taken out a loan with DirectAxis in February 2021. I would now like to settle the account in full. I have bee emailing and phoning DirectAxis for a settlement amount and have not to date received a response from them. I escalated the matter to the Credit Ombud who contacted me for details which I supp**** and I have not yet heard from them either. How do I get a settlement amount?
