Horror of Direct Axis

The poor service at Direct Axis is mind boggling….from slow assessors to what appears to be racial profiling of people which was not disputed when I asked about it. It’s ridiculous. The entire two days of a loan application has yielded absolutely nothing accept indiscriminate requests of documents in duplicates and selfies after every call. It’s a ********** experience honestly.
