Horrible services from DirectAxis
Staff don't know what they are doing, seems to be lack of training or no training has been provided to them. I have been trying to get through their legal department since 07 January to settle a debt. Even forwarded them an email to *** on 12 January up to now no feedback. when you call their legal department number 021 - *** they don't take calls but promise that if you have send any correspondence they will call you back. Every person you talk to promises to call you back but no response. Its like they want to take you to court even though you are willing to settle the matter with them privately.
