Horrible service by direct axis

I took a loan with direct axis. When I wanted to settle the loan it is required that you call and request the settlement amount. I have called several times without getting through. The voice recorder just says there is a technical issue and they are sorting it out and the calls drops!!!! It’s been 5 days . I then resorted to sending emails, same thing! No reply. This is the most horrible service I have ever received
