Horrible service

I received a call from Zaida Slanie and she had the excuse that see could not hear me and said she will phone me right back and it did not happen

I have tried to reach her on numerous occasions made 5 phones calls back waiting through the eletric promt speeking to consultants without luck

every times the line just reconnects

The last consultant I spoke to was Zinbini Meza

The issue is still not resolved
