Horrible service

This service from them is horrible. The interest rate is extramly high so I would like to start paying more on my loan. I have been asking them for banking details to make payment to each time they say the will email me the details. Ive been calling them for weeks trying to get this information and to date nothing was sent to me. They "update" my information on the call when I call them but yet they still have the wrong email address.
