Horrible people

I took out a loan with you guys on 7/12/23. The loan amount was R250000. You took money to settle my existing loan with you guys and only paid out the difference. You took a debit order for the loan already settled on 21/12/23. Who gave you authority to debit that time of the month. My debit date is last day of the month. I want my money back into my account ASAP. Somebody on your side did not do your job properly. You messed up and I want it fixed. Make sure it happens. You caused this mess not me. You had more than 15 days to update your system to ensure this doesn't happen. But you did not. Fix it today. After days of trying to get hold of you now I have to wait 5-10 days for my money back. Because of a mess you caused. Your pathetic excuses of sometimes it happens is ****.
