HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...OVER 3 WEEKS STRUGGLING TO GET A REFUND

The worst experience ever. I settled my loan account on the 29th May and theres a credit balance of about R8000 on the account. It is now a big challenge to get my money back Theres always excuses, and R8000 is a lot of money and this has inconvenience me in such an extreme way. I have to call them everyday but no one can give me a straight answer. They always tell me they will call me back or they will transfer the monies back to the third party that credited the account. That never happens. Why? Lately when i call i have to hold on for a very long time because they need to check.

Can i please have my money back.

Guess what...its again another week and my refund is still not paid.
Its amazing that if it was me owing them, daily interest would be charged...they owe me and giving excuses all the time and wanting the impossible from me just for them not to pay my money back.
