HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would give them worse if I could!

They have not sent me statements for months. I have to request it and it still does not come through. They had my wrong information captured on their system despite them having my ID documentation with them for the correct capturing of details and initials. They changed my email address on the system to something completely different from my name. With all these issues on their side, I still request for my statements and they still do not send them! Then when you call on the line, they hang up on you. I have requested to change my debit order dates as well, but they tell me they can't do it. I must call them another day an then they will do it. But then when it comes to offering more products and them making sales it is very easy for them to help you.

They are a pathetic company with pathetic customer service.

Do not do business with them.
