Good day I don't usually complain, but today I want to complain about DirectAxis. I never knew that requesting a statement was such a big issue. Never have I ever received such ********** services from a company. Very unfriendly and unprofessional advisor not able to assist in my query or hearing me out. She kept on interrupting me, and being just rude was an absolute breeze for this lady. Never will I ever make use of your services, nor will I recommend you to anybody.
